  • ¼ cup tahini (sesame seed paste – optional)
  • 3 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • pinch salt and black pepper (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and add approx. ¼ cup of water until smooth.
