  • 2 small cubes of cantaloupe, about the size of 1 Tablespoon each
  • 2 strawberries
  • 2 small cubes of pineapple, about the size of 1 Tablespoon each
  • 2 kiwi wedges
  • 4 small grapes

 

For the yogurt:

  • 1 cup plain non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon walnuts, chopped (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Thread the pointy edge of a wooden kebab stick through the fruit in any order you wish.
  2. Place the Greek yogurt in a large bowl.  Whip with a whisk or fork until velvety.  Add the vanilla and cinnamon and whisk to combine.
  3. Once the skewers are prepared, serve with 2 Tablespoons of the yogurt and sprinkle with walnuts.
